The main con of the Rondoval Village is the distance from the beach. While all the other villas with private pools are a quick walk to the beach, the Rondoval village is on the other side of the resort. I imagine that Sandals will have more bikes around the Rondoval village to help guests get around and have a few golf carts as well for Butlers to take guests to the beach.
The pro is that these villas are much more private than the other villas.
Some other positives about the location is it is near the spa, tennis, and pickleball courts and the convention center, making it ideal if those areas interest you.
