Yes, like all Sandals all-inclusive resorts, Sandals Grande Antigua is for adults only. Guests must be 18 and up, and no children are allowed. While the resort is designed to provide a romantic atmosphere for couples, though, you don’t have to be a couple to enjoy it. We see groups of adult friends and family members at Sandals resorts all the time.
