Ambergris Cay Resort, Ambergris Cay

Couples will be swept away by this uber-luxurious all-inclusive Turks & Caicos resort perfect for honeymoons and romantic rendezvous. Secluded on a thousand-acre private island surrounded by shallow turquoise water and coral reefs, Ambergris Cay Resort (not related to Ambergris Caye in Belize) is a true tropical paradise.

Lounge on the pristine white sand beach, which stretches for miles and is lined with palm trees. Enjoy complimentary watersports in the crystal clear Caribbean. Explore the island by bike or golf cart, or take an excursion by boat. Indulge at the spa. Swim in the lovely pool—or in your own pool (see below).

Accommodations at Ambergris Cay Resort are either suites or villas, with chic décor that’s light and bright. There are just 10 Beachfront Pool Suites; each offers beach and ocean views, a wraparound veranda with seating, a private plunge pool, and an outdoor shower (plus two rain showers in the spacious bathroom).

The 20 villas are dotted around the island for privacy. They have 3 or 4 bedrooms, soaking tubs, full kitchens, washer/dryer, and ocean or oceanfront views plus butler service. Some are two stories and some are one level; some come with private pools, outdoor fire pits, and rooftop bars. There’s also a 6-bedroom Dream Pavilion that comes with 2 pools and a private chef!

Rates at Ambergris Cay are steep, but the inclusions are spectacular—your transfer from Providenciales airport comes via private plane. Also included is all dining; unlimited domestic and premium beverages; an in-room fridge stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks; 24-hour room service; non-motorized water sports including snorkeling, paddleboarding, sailing, and kayaking; bonefishing from the shore; boat excursions; tennis and pickleball; use of the resort’s bicycles and golf carts; one 60-minute spa treatment per adult per stay; guided nature walks, bike tours, and kayak/paddleboard excursions; WiFi; and a catered lunch experience on a deserted island.

Ambergris Cay Resort has two waterfront restaurants (with two bars) onsite: Calico Jack’s featuring the gourmet Caribbean and international cuisine and the Club House offering grilled dishes, burgers, salads, and paninis. The Club House also has an activity center with ping pong and pool tables plus board and video games, as well as a beach club with chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddleboards.

East Bay Resort, South Caicos

This secluded Turks & Caicos resort is located on South Caicos Island in a national marine park. The mile-long pristine white beach here lines the calm, clear waters of a bay that’s protected by a coral reef, making East Bay Resort perfect for honeymooners or couples who like to dive and snorkel but are also looking for privacy.

The resort is also located less than a mile from three famous diving sites: the Arch, the East Bay Spur, and the South Caicos Wall. To get here, you first arrive in Providenciales then take a 90-minute boat ride or 25-minute flight over breathtakingly vivid water.

All of the accommodations at East Bay Resort are beachfront suites that include private balconies or patios, full kitchens, washer/dryers, and free WiFi. These luxury suites range from studios to 2 bedrooms and feature contemporary design and fabulous views.

This Turks & Caicos all-inclusive resort features five villages, a 45,000 square-foot waterpark, 21 gourmet restaurants, 15 bars, a 12-mile stretch of Grace Bay Beach, and 10 amazing pools.

While Beaches Turks & Caicos is a family-friendly all-inclusive resort, it has adults-only restaurants, which is a special plus for couples looking to enjoy a more peaceful mealtime. This resort is popular with couples as well as families for this reason, and also because it’s located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Grace Bay. Additionally, it’s a very large resort so there is room to find a secluded corner for two. Or, drift along the lazy river in the waterpark with a drink in hand!

There are plenty of complimentary activities at this Turks & Caicos all-inclusive resort, including day and night tennis, shuffleboard, table tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, billiards, basketball, outdoor chess, croquet, pool tables, golf, kayaking, windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing, snorkeling, waterskiing, paddleboarding, and scuba diving.

The five villages feature different types of rooms ranging in size and features. The newest village, Key West, has luxurious oceanfront rooms and suites with balconies. There are also villas with private plunge pools, oceanfront walkout suites, and penthouses with butler service.

Dining options at Beaches Turks & Caicos include Italian, seafood, international, casual bites, Asian, southwestern, Caribbean, French, and Mediterranean. There are beachfront restaurants and the super-romantic rooftop Sky Lounge. The elegant Sopadilla’s Caribbean Cuisine is adults only, and the French fine dining restaurant Le Petit Chateau only allows children over 12.

Club Med Turkoise, Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales

Club Med Turkoise is the only adults-only all-inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos. It is recently renovated and now features a refreshed resort center, brand new pool, main bar, and brand new deluxe rooms.

This Turks & Caicos all-inclusive is set on gorgeous Grace Bay Beach and offers a wide assortment of activities including snorkeling, boating, fishing, windsurfing, tennis, soccer, and billiards. There’s also a spa and a fitness center. The pool overlooks the stunning beach.

You can also go on sunset cruises, go scuba diving, learn to sail, go golfing, take area excursions, and more. One of the unique aspects of Club Med is the weekly circus performances and the (included) opportunity to take flying trapeze lessons! There’s also nightly entertainment.

There are around 300 rooms at Club Med Turkoise. Deluxe rooms feature private patios or balconies with ocean views.

The newly redesigned restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers a wide variety of local and international dishes.
