You’ve arrived at Sandals and after enjoying your welcome drink you sit at the bar as you wait for your room to be ready. Or maybe your room was ready, you throw on your bathing suit and grab a seat at the swim-up bar in the pool.
So then comes the question… what would you like to drink?
So we all know pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris, but what other drinks should you order at Sandals? We found ourselves wanting to try everything but could not find a menu and simply asked the bartender to surprise us.
Eventually, we found some menus and wanted to share them with you.
Are Drinks at Sandals Weak?
In general, I do find that drinks at Sandals are weak, but that is not because they are being watered down, it is just the nature of the drinks. For example, a Pina Colada is a large drink and only a shot of rum. Most of the popular drinks at Sandals have a lot of non-alcoholic ingredients which is why they are weaker than average.
If you want to have strong drinks, just let your bartender know and they will be happy to help. They can add extra shots to drinks that are generally weak or can give you drinks that have more alcohol overall.
Specialty Cocktail Menus
It is becoming more and more common for the bars at Sandals Resorts to have specialty menus. So if you are looking for something special to drink start there.
Employee Specials
Next, do not be shy to ask the bartender for a drink. Tell them what you want and see what they come up with. This goes very well if you want a sweet icy drink. For more sophisticated drink, your milage will vary depending on the bartender.
Frozen Drinks at Sandals
Below is one of the menus we found with frozen drinks. This is not everything you can order, but it covers the majority of drinks you will find in people’s hands.

Signature Drinks at Restaurants
At each restaurant, you are going to be offered a signature drink. The only one I did not like was a spicy watermelon margarita. I enjoyed all the other ones, especially the ones at Soy.
In Room Drinks at Sandals
Every room will have a fridge with water, beer, wine, and juices. Club-level rooms and butler-level rooms also come with a few bottles of liqueur as well.
Included Drinks at Sandals
There are full bars at Sandals Resorts and everything is included. The only thing that cost extra are bottles from the manager’s wine list which you will find at the restaurants.
