Room service at Sandals Resorts is a little different from some other hotels since it is not available for every room. In Club level rooms it’s available 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and in Butler suites, it’s available 24 hours.

How Much Is Room Service at Sandals?

Room service at Sandals is free at all of the company’s resorts throughout the Caribbean for Club and Butler level rooms.

Do You Tip Room Service at Sandals?

Tipping is not allowed at Sandals resorts, except for spa staff and butlers. Therefore, you do not need to tip for room service at Sandals.

Sandals Room Service in Each Room Category

Sandals accommodations are divided into different room categories, and not all of these come with room service. 

If you want to enjoy in-room dining while vacationing at a Sandals resort, you’ll want to ensure you’re booking the correct room so that you don’t miss out.

Sandals Luxury

The first room category, and typically the cheapest, is Sandals Luxury. If you stay in a Sandals Luxury room you will not be able to enjoy room service, as they were designed for guests who wish to spend most of their vacation time outside of the room.

Even though guests cannot receive room service in Sandals Luxury level rooms, they can still enjoy a complimentary minibar. This includes juice, soda, water, wine, and local beers, all of which can be replenished.

Sandals Club Level

Sandals Club level rooms are slightly more exclusive than the Luxury level rooms, and guests in these enjoy free room service from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. 

Club Level rooms come with a selection of other great perks too, including being met on arrival by a Club Sandals Concierge, hot or cold towels on arrival, a private check-in, private resort orientation, and access to the Club Sandals lounge between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Club-level rooms also feature a well-stocked minibar, including everything in the Sandals Luxury rooms minibars as well as a selection of liquors. 

Sandals Butler Elite

If you’re looking for true luxury, be sure to book one of Sandals’ top suite types, the Butler Elite. These are the swankiest accommodations at Sandals, boasting stunning views, top in-room amenities, and even your very own personal butler, trained by the Guild of Professional English Butlers.

Sandals Butler suites are perfect whether you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity or are used to a life of luxury back home. Either way, it’s the best type of room to book if you’re planning a special getaway or honeymoon.

You will receive 24-hour in-room dining in a butler suite. Your butler can be contacted at any time to bring meals, snacks, or drinks. These suites also include luxury private airport transfers and a personal welcome by your butler, alongside drinks and snacks, before they escort you to your suite and give you an overview of the resort facilities.

You will also enjoy a fully stocked bar in your suite, including juice, soda, water, sparkling wine, wine, local beer, and a selection of premium liquors, replenished daily.

On Arrival

If you’ve booked a Butler Elite Suite, you’ll be greeted by your personal butler as soon as you arrive at the resort. They will hand you lemongrass-scented hand towels to help refresh  you, then offer welcome cocktails and a selection of snacks.

After this, they will assist with luggage handling and escort you to your suite. There they will provide all the information you need about the resort’s facilities, plus streamline the check-in process by handling it from the privacy of your suite.

If you have any personal preferences for your room, they’ll be able to handle those. Once you’re settled in they’ll offer even more services including a private resort orientation, unpacking your luggage, and even pressing your first night’s clothes!

After all your needs have been taken care of, they’ll supply you with a mobile phone to call whenever you need them.

Before Departure

Sadly, all vacations have to come to an end, but with your Sandals Butler Elite stay, your departure will be completely seamless. Not only will your butler arrange your transportation back to the airport, but they can also provide you with all the information you need for checkout, assist with packing, and note all your preferences for your next visit to Sandals!

Your butler will ensure your bags are brought up to the departure area and escort you to the Club / Butler lounge while they process your check-out paperwork, before escorting you to your transportation to say goodbye.
