Where to Eat in Boston

Located in the North End, Boston’s North End, Mamma Maria offers Italian classics with a personal touch. The intimate setting and historic surroundings make it perfect for a romantic dinner.

We were able to dine in the Piccolo Room, a private dining room set away from the rest of the dining room for extra privacy and romance. Peering through the window gives a view of Paul Reveer’s house with the modern skyline in the background.

The food is classic, but elevated, Italian cuisine. We found the Seabass and Scallops to be cooked and seasoned perfectly. The ingredients were clearly fresh and the service was on point.

Some other things we loved during our recent trip were the different apple ciders and donut shops at Kane’s Donuts. The pastrami sandwiches at Sam LaGrassa’s were amazing!
