Excursions at Sandals Regency La Toc

Considered one of the most romantic Caribbean islands, St. Lucia is often referred to as “little Hawaii.” This picturesque island is home to some jaw-dropping scenery, thanks to the Piton mountains and rainforest interior. You can enjoy spectacular views, stunning beaches, and a plethora of activities, making St. Lucia one of the best honeymoon destinations in the Caribbean.

Sandals Regency La Toc is one of three Sandals resorts in St. Lucia. All are in the northern part of the island and close to plenty of activities and nightlife. Each resort is a luxurious, adults-only enclave set on a gorgeous beach, but there are some differences.

When you stay at Sandals Regency La Toc, you get to enjoy the amenities and restaurants of the other two resorts; free transfers between the resorts is included. This means you can access 3 beaches, 2 golf courses, 11 pools, 27 restaurants, and 21 bars on your St. Lucia vacation!

Relax on a bamboo raft as you float for two miles in the rainforest along the Roseau River and learn about the area’s history, plants, and animals. You’ll also get to try local fresh produce like sugar cane and coconut water. Then head to a local rum distillery for a tour and tasting.

Head on a short ride to Gros Islet, a local village that throws a seafood street party every Friday night. Enjoy delicious drinks and seafood, listen to local music, and check out arts and crafts. In between excursions, you’ll have lots of onsite Sandals La Toc activities to choose from. Sandals Regency La Toc offer a wide range of complimentary activities, such as scuba diving, waterskiing, snorkeling, Hobie Cat sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, windsurfing, wakeboarding, unlimited land sports, beach volleyball, day and night tennis, pool tables, bocce ball, and a fitness center. Professional instruction for watersports is also complimentary (except for scuba diving).

The beach at Regency La Toc is lovely but the water here can get rough enough for yellow and red flags. When that happens, you can’t do watersports, but you can take the free shuttle to the beach at Sandals Grande St. Lucian for watersports there. We absolutely loved the water and the waves, but understand that it is not for everyone.

If you like to golf, you can do so at Sandals La Toc’s onsite golf course, or you can play at the 18-hole championship course at the Sandals St. Lucia Golf Club, which is located near the Sandals Grande St. Lucian. You get complimentary greens fees and transfers to the golf courses.

Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center and take exercise classes, or indulge at the spa (for an extra fee). And of course, you can lounge on the beautiful beach, relax by any of the pools, soak in a whirlpool, or enjoy tropical cocktails at a bar.

Daily and nightly entertainment at Sandals resorts includes live shows, theme nights, beach parties with local bands, and talent nights where guests participate.
