While the Sandal’s Dunn’s River property has been part of Sandals since the 1990s, it has been completely reimagined to “embrace the essence of Jamaica’s natural wonders” and now takes full advantage of its stunning location on the northern coast of the island.
The gorgeous white sand beach with turquoise water, lush landscaping, jaw-dropping design, and amazing amenities of the all-new Sandals Dunn’s River make it a new contender for best honeymoon resort in Jamaica. Unique touches create a sophisticated, magical ambiance inspired by the iconic natural attraction Dunn’s River Falls, such as a cascading waterfall in the lobby sourced with water from the river.
The rooms and suites at Sandals Dunn’s River are truly incredible and include Jamaica’s first Skypool Suites. These luxurious accommodations, which debuted at Sandals Grenada, offer an elevated infinity edge pool that runs the full length of your balcony and overlooks the beach. You also get a Tranquility Soaking Tub™ for two on your balcony.
In addition, the Beachfront Skypool Suites at Sandals Dunn’s River include a separate living room and spacious bathroom with a second soaking tub and walk-in shower, as well as the services of a personal butler and in-room check-in, for the ultimate in relaxation.
Sandals Dunn’s River is also introducing the first-ever Coyaba Sky Villa Swim-up Rondoval Suites. The resort features five pools—including two river pools, one of which is Jamaica’s largest and features an incredible glass panel edge overlooking the ocean—multiple whirlpools, a full range of complimentary water and land activities, a fitness center, a full-service spa, and daily and nightly entertainment.
Sandals Dunn’s River features 12 restaurants, many of which are new concepts. These include Edessa, a Greek restaurant; the Asian fusion Banyu; L’Amande, serving Jamaican and French cuisines; and Zuka, which features South and Central American dishes.

It elevates everything, from swanky new luxury suites like two-story overwater villas to fantastic new restaurants. Plus, the setting between the mountains and the sea is spectacular, and service is extremely friendly.
Sandals Saint Vincent offers a luxurious Caribbean escape that delivers on the “Sandals 2.0” promise. The beach is pristine, with lovely white sand along clear blue water. The grounds are lushly landscaped, there are four awesome pools, and there are tons of complimentary watersports available including motorized options. The spa here is also excellent.
The brand-new exclusive accommodations include the first-ever Vincy Overwater Two-Story Villas and the beautiful Beachfront Butler Villas, which provide stunning views, private pools, and personalized butler service. There are also swim-up suites as well as suites with fitness rooms or media rooms. We stayed in the beachfront villa, and it was one of the nicest rooms we’ve been in.
The resort features 11 dining options, most of which are new concepts, such as Buccan, a family-style restaurant that serves local Caribbean food. The food at this resort is top-notch.
