Travel Tips
Brighton is located a short distance from London making it a perfect place for a weekend getaway or as an added trip as part of a longer vacation in England. This makes travel fairly easy, as long as you know where to go of course.
By Train
Getting to Brighton via train is simple. There are a number of direct routes from London. The trip from London Victoria is a mere 52 minutes, London Bridge 58 minutes and St Pancras just an hour and 16 minutes.
Brighton Station is 10 minutes from the town centre so very easy to negotiate. There are also taxis and buses lined up by the Station if you need them.
By Car
Getting there by car does of course depend on where you’re traveling from so check for the best route.
It should also be noted the local football team, Brighton and Hove Albion, play at home regularly so accounting for match day traffic is advisable. Again, this is something you might want to check before heading off.
